The 2026 Lagos FA Cup Finals delivered a thrilling spectacle at the iconic Mobolaji Johnson Arena, as dignitaries and football lovers turned out in large numbers to witness a memorable day of grassroots excellence.
The event was graced by the White Cap Chiefs of Lagos, the Commissioner for Youth Development, notable Lagos football legends, and key sponsor Cloud Sports, adding prestige and color to the occasion.
In the men’s final, Ikorodu City FC edged past G12 FC with a narrow but decisive 1-0 victory. The hero of the day was Tosin Oyedokun, whose clinical finish proved enough to seal the title in a tightly contested encounter.
The women’s final saw a dominant display from FC Robo Queens, who outclassed Ghetto Tigers Ladies with an emphatic 4-0 victory, showcasing skill, teamwork, and attacking brilliance.
With a massive and energetic crowd filling the stands, the finals lived up to expectations, highlighting the growing passion for football in Lagos and reinforcing the importance of grassroots competitions in nurturing future stars.
