Mosholashi-Baale road in Oto-Awori Local Council Development Area was commissioned today, marking a significant milestone in the area’s infrastructure development. The project is part of the administration’s efforts to decongest traffic in the community.

The Executive Chairman of Oto-Awori LCDA, Hon. Kareem Azeez Abiodun, urged residents to avoid obstructing the newly paved road with vehicles parked indiscriminately, warning that the Environmental and Traffic Management Task Force would apprehend defaulters. He also appealed to vendors who use open flames for frying to desist from doing so, saying the task force would not hesitate to arrest them.

“This project is phase one,” Hon. Kareem said. “Soon, we will embark on another phase that will connect Imude and other areas in the community. We are committed to improving the lives of our people, and we will not relent in our efforts to ensure that our community is developed and prosperous.”

The Baale of Shibiri, Chief Aruna Ishola, expressed appreciation to the Chairman for his tireless efforts, saying it was unbelievable that so much had been achieved within 100 days in office.

The commissioning ceremony was performed by Oba Josiah Ilemobade Aina, Oloto of Oto-Awori Kingdom, who praised the Chairman’s commitment to community development.
