Today marks the successful conclusion of 11 weeks of intensive grassroots football development under the Nathaniel Idowu-Ajegunle Under 14 Football League.
At the Ajeromi-Ifelodun Sports Council, we remain deliberate and resolute in every initiative we undertake. Establishing and sustaining this league was no easy task. It required planning, sacrifice, and the unwavering commitment of coaches, players, officials, and community stakeholders. Yet, through collective effort, we have delivered a competition that has enriched our young athletes both on and off the pitch.
The crowning moment of this journey will be the Super 4 Finals, scheduled for *Saturday, April 18, 2026*, at the Nathaniel Idowu Football Pitch, Oregie. This event will showcase the four best teams from the regular season and celebrate the talent, discipline, and potential that Ajegunle continues to produce.
We extend an open invitation to individuals, corporate bodies, and well-meaning Nigerians to support this laudable grassroots initiative. If you believe in youth development and wish to align your brand with purpose, we encourage you to put your money where your mouth is. For partnership, sponsorship, or recognition at the event, kindly reach out to me directly and I will provide details on how you can contribute.
We express our profound gratitude to the *Nathaniel Idowu Foundation* for fully underwriting the costs of this league. Your investment in the future of these children is immeasurable, and the impact will be felt for years to come.
Together, we are building more than footballers — we are building character, community, and hope.
Sincerely,
*McAnthony Anaelechukwu*
